Definitions and key terms
Country: where Share vCard or the owners/founders of Share vCard are based, in this case is Switzerland
Customer or You: refers to the person that uses the Share vCard App.
Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to use the Share vCard app.
Personal Data: any information that directly, indirectly, or in connection with other information — including a personal identification number — allows for the identification or identifiability of a natural person.
There is no information collected automatically when you use the Share vCard app. All information remains on your device. There is no data uploaded to any servers. More specifically:
The selected contact used for easy vCard sharing remains on the device.
The selected pictures to use for easy vCard sharing remain on the device.
The currently selected configuration (selected image, selected contact, selected filter) is stored locally only on your device.
Whom you share your vCard with is not recorded in any way and not disclosed to us.
The laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the app. Your use of the app may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
